What targets will you set yourself for G324 next year (when you will make a trailer)?
One of the main targets I would set myself for next year would be to be more proactive when filming - by filming each shot from different angles and using different lighting set ups to give more options when it comes to the editing stage. This is something that we learnt the hard way on this task, where one of our shot's lighting was very low, and had to be fixed in post production. While this fix did work, it would have been much easier to ensure we had a wide range of footage to play with.
Another target I would set would be to to ensure that our camera composition is always as effective as possible - as I feel that there are moments in our opening two minutes where it isn't. One of the main ways to target to improve on would be to avoid having the main object/person in the center of the shots, as I feel that just changing something as simple as that would improve the flow of the overall film, and also improve the viewer's experience.
